1. Mobile Number

Select Verification Method
Choose your preferred verification method: (1) Mobile Number with OTP, (2) Aadhaar Card Number, or (3) Ration Card Number. All methods are equally valid.
Enter Your Details
Enter your mobile number (10 digits), Aadhaar number (12 digits), or Ration card number accurately. Double-check for any typing errors before proceeding.
Verify OTP (Mobile Method)
If using mobile number, click 'Generate OTP'. You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS within 30 seconds. Enter this OTP and click Submit.
View Your Results
Your eligibility status will be displayed immediately. If eligible, you'll see your card number, family members, and download option. If not eligible, it will show 'Details Not Found'.

⚠️ Eligible but Card Pending
You're in the beneficiary list but card not yet generated. Visit nearest CSC center with Aadhaar card for biometric verification and card generation. This takes 10-15 minutes.
❌ Details Not Found
Your family is not in SECC 2011 database. Try: (1) Different verification method, (2) Visit CSC center for manual check, (3) Call helpline 14555, or (4) Check if eligible under state health schemes.
