Visit NHA Beneficiary Portal
Open your web browser and go to beneficiary.nha.gov.in. This is the official National Health Authority portal for Ayushman Bharat PMJAY scheme. Ensure you're on the correct website by checking the URL carefully.
Select Service Required
Choose the service you need: 'Am I Eligible' to check eligibility, 'Download Card' to get e-card PDF, or 'Find Hospital' to locate empanelled hospitals. Each service has a dedicated section on the homepage.
Choose Verification Method
Select your preferred verification method: Mobile Number (linked to Aadhaar), Aadhaar Number, or Ration Card Number. Choose the method for which you have accurate information readily available.
Enter Required Details
Fill in the required information based on your chosen verification method. First select your state, then enter mobile number (10 digits), Aadhaar number (12 digits), or ration card number as applicable. Ensure details are accurate.
Complete Captcha Verification
Enter the captcha code shown on screen to verify you're not a robot. If captcha is unclear, click refresh icon to get a new one. This security step prevents automated misuse of the portal.
View Results and Download
After submission, the portal displays your eligibility status, family member details, and card information if applicable. For card download, verify with OTP sent to registered mobile, then download the PDF e-card for future use.
Method 1: Using Mobile Number

- Choose "Mobile Number" as verification method
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number (linked to Aadhaar)

Method 2: Using Aadhaar Number
- Go to NHA portal and select "Am I Eligible"

- Select "Aadhaar Number" option
- Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number

If you already have an Ayushman card, you can download a digital copy from the NHA portal:
- Visit Portal: Go to beneficiary.nha.gov.in and click on "Download Card" section
- Enter Details: Provide your Ayushman card number or Aadhaar number
- OTP Verification: Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number
- Download PDF: Click download button to save e-card PDF to your device

Note: The downloaded e-card is equally valid as the physical card for availing treatment at empanelled hospitals. Keep it safely on your mobile phone.
