Enter your mobile number (10 digits) or Aadhaar number (12 digits) accurately. If using mobile, click 'Generate OTP' and enter the 6-digit code received via SMS.

Your status dashboard will display: (1) Application Status (Pending/Approved/Rejected), (2) Card Activation Status (Active/Inactive), (3) Card Details, and (4) Claim History if any claims made.

⏳ Application Pending
Your application is under review or awaiting biometric verification. Visit nearest CSC center with Aadhaar card to complete biometric authentication. Processing takes 2-7 days after verification.
✅ Card Active
Congratulations! Your card is active and ready to use. You can download your card PDF and use it at any empanelled hospital for cashless treatment up to ₹5 lakh per family per year.
📊 Claim Processing
Your hospital claim is being processed. This typically takes 7-15 days. You can view claim details including treatment type, hospital name, claim amount, and current processing stage on the portal.
❌ Application Rejected
Your application was rejected. Check the rejection reason on portal (e.g., not in SECC database, duplicate application, incorrect details). Contact helpline 14555 or visit CSC center to resolve and reapply.
✓ Claim Approved
Your claim has been approved and settled. The hospital has received payment directly from PMJAY. You can view complete claim details and settlement date on the portal under Claim History section.
