Visit Official Portal
Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in in your web browser. Ensure you're on the official government website (check for https and .gov.in domain).
Enter Mobile Number
Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number and click 'Generate OTP'. Make sure this number is linked to your Ayushman Card.
Verify OTP
Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your mobile within 3 minutes. If you don't receive it, wait 2 minutes and request again.
Select Verification Method
Choose Aadhaar or Ration card for identity verification and enter the complete number accurately.
View and Download
After successful verification, your card details will appear on screen. Click 'Download Card' to save the PDF to your device.

Solution: Visit CSC center to register your mobile number in the system
❌ "Card not found"
Solution: Your card hasn't been generated yet. Visit CSC for first-time biometric verification
❌ "OTP not received"
Solution: Check network, wait 2-3 minutes, try again, or use different browser
❌ "Invalid Aadhaar/Ration card"
