Common Registration Issues & Solutions

❌ "Not eligible" message during registration check

Solution: Your family may not be in SECC 2011 database. Try different verification methods (mobile/Aadhaar/ration card). If still not eligible, check state-specific health schemes or call helpline 14555.

❌ Biometric verification failed during registration

Solution: Clean your fingers thoroughly, try different finger, or visit during less busy hours. If problem persists, visit hospital Ayushman Mitra desk instead.

❌ CSC center charging excessive registration fee

Solution: Maximum service fee should be ₹30. If charged more, report to PMJAY helpline 14555 with CSC details or visit different CSC center or hospital.

❌ Mobile number not linked to Aadhaar

Solution: Use Aadhaar number or ration card for verification instead of mobile number. You can update mobile number in Aadhaar later.

❌ Family member name not showing during registration

Solution: Only members listed in SECC 2011 database are eligible. Contact CSC operator to add eligible family members during card generation.
