Visit Official PMJAY Portal
Open your web browser and go to beneficiary.nha.gov.in. This is the official portal for Ayushman Bharat Golden Card download. The website works on all devices - mobile, tablet, or computer.
Select Verification Method
Choose how you want to search for your Golden Card: by Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, or Ration Card Number. Mobile number is the quickest option if your number is registered with Ayushman Bharat.
Enter Your Details
Enter your mobile number, Aadhaar, or ration card number in the search box. Make sure to enter the exact details that were used during card registration. Double-check for any typing errors.
Verify with OTP
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit OTP within the time limit (usually 3 minutes). If you don't receive OTP, click 'Resend OTP' after 30 seconds.
View Your Golden Card
After successful OTP verification, your Golden Card details will be displayed on screen. You'll see your name, family members, Health Account Number, and card validity. Verify all details are correct.
Download Golden Card PDF
Click the 'Download Card' or 'Print Card' button to save your Golden Card as PDF. The file will be downloaded to your device. You can print it or save it on your phone for future use at hospitals.
Existing Cardholders
If you already have a Golden Card generated at CSC or hospital, you can download the PDF anytime online.
Eligible Families (SECC 2011)
Families listed in SECC 2011 database can check eligibility online, but must visit CSC for first-time card generation.
Family Members
All family members (up to 5) listed on the Golden Card can download the same card PDF using any verification method.
Important: If you don't have a Golden Card yet, you cannot download it online. You must first visit a CSC center or empanelled hospital to get your card generated with biometric verification.
Mobile Number (Registered)
The mobile number that was registered during card generation. OTP will be sent to this number for verification.
Aadhaar Number (Alternative)
Your 12-digit Aadhaar number can be used if mobile number is not available or not working.
Ration Card Number (Alternative)
Ration card number can also be used to search and download your Golden Card PDF.
Tip: Keep your mobile number active and accessible as OTP verification is required for all download methods. If you've changed your mobile number, update it at CSC center first.

No Expiry Date
Golden Card has no expiry date. Once downloaded, it remains valid as long as you're eligible under the scheme.
❌ "No record found" error
Solution: Your Golden Card may not be generated yet. Visit CSC center or hospital to get it generated first. If already generated, try different verification method (Aadhaar instead of mobile).
❌ OTP not received
Solution: Check mobile network, wait 1-2 minutes, click 'Resend OTP'. If still not received, try Aadhaar-based download or visit CSC center for assistance.
❌ Download button not working
Solution: Try different browser (Chrome recommended), clear browser cache, disable pop-up blocker, or take screenshot of card displayed on screen.
❌ Mobile number changed
Solution: Use Aadhaar number or ration card number for download. To update mobile number permanently, visit CSC center with Aadhaar card.
❌ PDF file corrupted or not opening
Solution: Download again, try different PDF reader app, ensure stable internet during download. You can download unlimited times for free.
