Visit Official Portal
Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in in your browser. This is the official PMJAY portal for downloading Ayushman Card.
Enter Mobile Number
Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number and click 'Generate OTP'. Make sure this number is linked to your Ayushman Card.
Verify OTP
Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your mobile within 3 minutes. This verifies your identity.
Select Verification Method
Choose Aadhaar or Ration card for additional verification. Enter the complete number accurately.
Download Your Card
Your card details will appear on screen. Click 'Download Card' button to save the PDF to your device. You can now print or share it.

Login with Mobile Number
Open the app, enter your registered mobile number, and verify with OTP.
Download Your Card
Navigate to "My Card" section, view your card details, and tap "Download PDF" button.
If you can't download online or need a printed copy, visit nearest Common Service Center:
- Find CSC: Use CSC locator at locator.csc.gov.in to find nearest center
- Carry Aadhaar: Take your original Aadhaar card for verification
- Get Printed Card: CSC operator will download and print your card (may charge ₹10-30 for printing)
- First-time generation: If card not generated yet, CSC will create it with biometric verification
- Card must be generated: Your Ayushman Card should already exist in the system
- Registered mobile: Your mobile number should be registered in PMJAY database
- Internet connection: Stable internet required for online download
- Aadhaar/Ration card: Number needed for verification
