Enter Mobile Number
Enter your registered 10-digit mobile number and click 'Generate OTP'.
Verify OTP

Select Verification Method
Choose Aadhaar or Ration card and enter the complete number for verification.

Your complete card details will be displayed including card number, family members, and coverage information.
The HHD (Household ID) number is your unique Ayushman Card number. It's a combination of numbers that identifies your family in the PMJAY system.
