Visit Beneficiary Portal
Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in in your browser. This is the official PMJAY portal for downloading Ayushman Card.
Select Aadhaar Verification
On the homepage, select 'Aadhaar Card' as your verification method instead of mobile number.
Enter Aadhaar Number
Enter your complete 12-digit Aadhaar card number carefully. Double-check for accuracy before proceeding.
Complete Captcha
Enter the captcha code shown on screen for security verification.
View Card Details
If your Aadhaar is linked and card is generated, your complete card details will be displayed on screen.
Download Card PDF
Click 'Download Card' button to save the PDF to your device. You can now print or share it.

- Correct details: Name and address on Aadhaar should match SECC 2011 database
- Update Aadhaar: If details are wrong, update Aadhaar first at UIDAI center
❌ "Aadhaar not found"
Solution: Your Aadhaar is not linked to Ayushman Card. Visit CSC center for linking and card generation.
❌ "Invalid Aadhaar number"
Solution: Check if you entered all 12 digits correctly. Verify from your Aadhaar card and try again.
❌ "Aadhaar suspended"
Solution: Visit nearest Aadhaar center to reactivate your Aadhaar, then try downloading Ayushman Card.
